FORTNITE: BATTLE ROYALE RESOURCES

There are two proven ways to become an awesome Fortnite: Battle Royale player. First, learn everything you can about the game and study how other expert players compete. Next, practice. When it comes to watching other players, four popular options include:

1. Instead of leaving a match after you’ve been eliminated, stick around and watch the rest of each match in Spectator mode before returning to the Lobby.

2. Watch pre-recorded YouTube videos produced by expert gamers that offer tips and advice, as well as detailed instruction. Just make sure the video applies to the most recent version of the game.

3. Watch the live streams of highly ranked Fortnite: Battle Royale players on a service like YouTube Live or Twitch.tv.

4. If Playground mode is active within the game (this is a feature that Epic Games periodically shuts down), spend time there exploring the island at your own pace without having to deal with the storm. Practice your building skills, learn all about the different terrain types on the island, and participate in mock fights with friends—without having to worry about being eliminated from a match.

Your Fortnite: Battle Royale Adventure Continues . . .

Epic Games does not want anyone getting bored playing Fortnite: Battle Royale, which is why the game is updated every week or two. It’s with each new gaming Season, however, that a loose storyline unfolds, and major updates and additions are made to virtually all aspects of the gaming experience.

Whether you enjoy playing alone against 99 adversaries in Solo mode, or prefer to team up with online friends when you experience the Duos or Squads mode, you’ll quickly discover that each and every Fortnite: Battle Royale match you experience is challenging, fun, unique, and rather intense. Becoming an expert player will take time and a lot of practice, so don’t worry if you’re not winning matches right away.

Instead of focusing exclusively on winning matches and achieving #1 Victory Royale, take time to explore the island, engage in firefights using different selections of weapons, learn to become a master (and very fast) builder, try out using various loot items in new and creative ways, or hop into the driver’s seat of an All Terrain Kart (ATK) and experience the thrill of racing around the island.

You’ll develop the skill needed to win matches over time, so be patient. As you experience Fortnite: Battle Royale, the most important thing is to always have fun!
