Makes about 2 cups
When using soy protein powder, adding banana makes a smoother-textured drink.
1/2 medium banana, chopped
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
2 tablespoons soy protein powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine the banana and raspberries in a blender. Top with the milk, protein powder, and vanilla and process until smooth.
