Most Hamburgers are made with ground meats including beef, chicken and pork. The most common is the beef hamburger, which is made of ground chuck or ground sirloin and either grilled or pan-fried. In upscale establishments you can find Kobe beef burgers. Some restaurants may add bread crumbs to the ground meat prior to cooking. Hamburgers are generally served on a bun with pickles, lettuce, onions and tomatoes, with French fried potatoes on the side. Ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise are usually offered as condiments.

Lamb Chops are usually browned on both sides in a frying pan with butter or olive oil and then roasted to perfection. They may also be marinated prior to cooking and served with a sauce. If the menu description states that the dish is herb encrusted, bread crumbs may be used. Lamb chops and rack of lamb are usually served with mint jelly on the side for dipping.
