KISHORE MAHBUBANI is senior advisor and public policy professor at the National University of Singapore. As a senior diplomat for Singapore, he has held postings in Cambodia, Malaysia, the U.S., and at the U.N, where he served as president of the Security Council. HUIYAO WANG is the founder and president of one of China’s leading independent think tanks, the Center for China and Globalization. He holds a Ph.D. in international business and management from Western University and the University of Manchester and was a senior fellow at Harvard’s Kennedy School and the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. He has published and edited extensively and was named one of 2018’s most influential people by Newsweek in China.
