This masterpiece hairstyle has a bit of everything that’s nice! It’s got braids, curls, twirls, and a fun floral hair pin.

1. Wash and blow dry the hair. Curl the hair with a medium curling iron to create a wavy look.

2. Draw aside a 1-inch section of hair from just behind the bangs and divide it into two equal sections.

3. Twist each section around itself and then cross the two twisted sections to form an X.

4. Continue twisting these sections of hair together. Every time you twist, integrate a bit of hair from above the twisted sections into the bottom section of the X.

5. At every stage, you’ll add a small section of hair from above the twist, passing it under the twisted rope.

6. When the twisted rope reaches the back of the head, secure with a hair clip and let the ends hang loose.

7. Repeat this process on the other side of the head.

8. Divide the bangs with a side part. Draw the bangs on the left side of the part backwards, while twisting them inwards. When they reach the back of the head, join them with the twisted rope of hair and secure with a hair elastic.

9. Fold the hair upwards and secure with bobby pins inserted in an X-shape.

10. Roll the ends of hair in this section so that they cover the pins holding the hair in place, and pin the roll with bobby pins.

11. Draw the bangs on the right side of the part backwards. Twist them inwards and then join them with the twisted rope of hair on this side of the head. Fold the hair upwards and secure with bobby pins.

12. Roll the ends of hair in this section as you did in Step 10 and secure with bobby pins.

13. Draw all the loose hair together at the back of the head, about 2½ inches below the waves of hair, and secure with a hair elastic.

14. Add a hair accessory at the back of the hair to conceal the X of hair clips.
