Cooking day instructions
Steep tea in boiling water in large bowl for 20 minutes. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Stir in cold water and cool. Stir in juices and nectar. Freeze mixture in a hard-sided container with lid. This makes it easier to scoop out and serve into glasses using an ice cream scoop.
Serving day instructions
Keep frozen until ready to serve. Fill serving glass ½ full with frozen mixture. Add club soda and stir until slushy.
Hint
Mixture freezes better if placed in several smaller containers.
