Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl. Set aside. Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Add sugar, yogurt, eggs, orange peel, and vanilla to melted butter. Whisk or stir until well blended.
Put crumb mixture ingredients in small bowl and work until mixture is blended and in small particles. Pour egg mixture over flour mixture and stir just until blended. Spread half this batter in greased 9x5x3 pan and sprinkle with half the crumb mixture. Repeat. Bake until batter is cooked but loaf is still moist (approximately 1 hour). Freeze, using instructions for baked goods.
Serving day instructions
Thaw completely. To maintain freshness, keep cake wrapped airtight in plastic wrap and store at room temperature. Use within one day of removing from freezer.
