Original recipe yields
2½ dozen rolls
Cooking day instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. In large bowl, beat eggs with electric mixer until light yellow in color. Add sugar, salt, and dissolved yeast to eggs. Stir with spoon to combine. Cut cold margarine into small pieces and gently stir into egg mixture. Add in flour until well combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place for 2 hours. Shape into dinner rolls and place on greased baking sheets. Cover with a tea towel. Let rise 1 more hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake until lightly browned. Freeze, using instructions for baked goods.
Serving day instructions
Remove from freezer bag and allow to thaw at room temperature until served.
