Cooking day instructions

Combine all ingredients and simmer slowly until peas are soft, 45 minutes or more, stirring occasionally. Process in blender. Freeze, using freezer bag method.

Serving day instructions

Add milk and chopped ham or corned beef (optional) to the soup. Blend thoroughly and heat through. Adjust seasonings as desired.
