Cooking day instructions
In blender, combine juice concentrate, oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, cumin, and hot sauce. Blend until smooth; season with salt. Place chicken in freezer bag with marinade. Freeze, using freezer bag method.
Serving day instructions
Thread thawed, marinated chicken onto skewers, weaving chicken strips around chunks of pineapple, onion, and bell pepper. Immediately grill over medium-hot coals on covered grill. May also be broiled in oven for 4–6 minutes on each side.
