One 9-inch pie

Cooking day instructions

Place unbaked pie shell in 9-inch disposable pie plate. For apple filling, mix sugar, cinnamon, and apples. Stir until well mixed. Place apple mixture in unbaked pie shell. Make Dutch apple topping by mixing flour, sugar, and margarine with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of apples. Double wrap pie pan with plastic wrap and freeze.

Serving day instructions

Pie may be baked while still frozen. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until apples are tender and crust lightly browned.
