Melt chocolate over hot water in top of double boiler, or melt in microwave oven. Cool. Combine orange rind, brown sugar, egg yolks, and eggs in container of electric blender. Blend until light and foamy. Add chocolate and triple sec, blending well. Beat whipping cream and fold into mixture. Pour into dessert dishes. Chill until set. Garnish with whipped cream and mandarin orange slices.
