Original recipe yields

One pie crust (top or bottom)

Cooking day instructions

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix together with fork until dough forms a ball. Roll out between two pieces of waxed paper. Remove top layer of waxed paper and place exposed side of crust in desired pie pan. Remove remaining layer of waxed paper. Shape or flute edge of pie crust to fit pan. Seal entire crust with plastic wrap so wrap is in direct contact with pie crust. Place in freezer bag or wrap with second layer of plastic wrap to freeze.

Serving day instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 15–20 minutes or until golden brown, or fill according to desired recipe and follow instructions.

Hint

If preparing this pie crust at high altitude or in a dry climate, increase oil by 1–2 T. and water by 1–2 t. Dough should be moist and easy to work with.
