This vegetable dish is best when made on the day it is to be served. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Combine broccoli, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Layer half of vegetables in baking dish and top with half of cheese. Combine seasonings and sprinkle half on cheese layer. Add remaining vegetables and sprinkle with remaining seasonings and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered, then 45 minutes uncovered.
