Cooking day instructions

Mix together hash browns, sour cream, soup, and onion, and place in lined 9x13 dish. Freeze, using the foil and plastic wrap method.

Serving day instructions

Thaw completely. Bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours. Top with cheese during the last half hour.
