This dish is best when made on the day it is to be served. Brown onion in margarine. Add broccoli and stir until thawed. Add soup, then cheese, and stir until melted. Add rice to soup mixture and place in 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20–30 minutes.
