1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In an oven-safe 3- to 4-qt. pot or saucepan stir together pie filling, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, the ½ cup coconut, and 1 tsp. of the lime zest. Bring to boiling over medium heat. Remove pot from heat.
2. Separate biscuits and arrange on top of hot fruit mixture. Brush with milk and sprinkle with the 2 Tbsp. coconut and the remaining 1 tsp. lime zest.
3. Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Cool slightly before serving.
