Here’s an example of a log for your training and nutrition as you prepare for your next marathon or half marathon. Photocopy or scan this to create your own personalized log for as many weeks as you plan on training. (Note that while you will probably find it easiest to keep a running tally of the food types you eat throughout the week, it is only the totals at the end of the week that are important.)
