To God, the source of all inspiration and wisdom, the greatest orchestra of our time and forever would be. The one in whom I have my being. He journeyed with me in these 30 beautiful years and I can’t thank him enough.

To my dearest parents, Late Engr. Samson Ajayi, and Mrs Felicia Ajayi(nee Dosunmu), you remain world best parents. Every child would definitely love to come through you. You gave the best even from your most meager income. The immense and unconditional love you constantly show makes life rosy for me even when I woefully failed you. You exemplarily explained what humanity is and those lessons daily makes living worth it. May your works keep flying. Special appreciation to my mum for constantly inspiring me to push boundaries, you are the real deal.

To my siblings, Oluwatosin Akinrinola and Oluwatimileyin Ajayi, you both made life super easy for me. The comfort and safety I feel being in-between you both just made life extremely easy for me. You both have been a part of my everyday life in these 30 years. Thank you so much.

To Dr. Gbenga Ogunlusi, you inspire me and you may not even know. I can’t just forget how much you believed and still believes in me. You are one of those priceless gifts Crawford University gave me.

To Prof. (Mrs.) G.O Akinola, you are a mother, teacher and model. My triumphant Master’s Degree might not have been possible without you.

To Ms. Oluwaseun Osimosu, the best word to describe you is ‘heaven sent’. You are the reason I named God the greatest orchestra. The manner at which our parts crossed and how you delivered the messages sent through you gave me the balance I needed when I almost fell on my face. In the course of this writing, you kept encouraging me not to give up even when I almost gave up on it. You are an Angel clothed in human body. You gave moral, spiritual and financial assistance.  May your seeds never lack destiny helpers.

To my ever available shoulders Chap. S. Olawore, Pst.(mrs) Awoyokun, Pro. P.I Adeboye, you all carefully delivered mentorship, support and counseling like a true shepherd that you are. May grace abound for you.

To Mike Oladipo, my access to GLS materials made this work possible when it did. You remain a true leader. Thanks for bringing so much clarity.
To Sir Osagie Alex, my upgrade journey began with you. The exposure I got from you is instrumental to where I am now.
To Adedolapo Ebadan, you were supposed to be my editor for this book, but you did beyond your job by freely offering me sisterly advise and assistance. I am indeed grateful.

To Joshua Esan, you came in when concentration seems impossible and you offered to give the necessary push sacrificially. You gave me another definition of orchestration.
To all who enabled the pains upon which I found purpose, thank you for performing your roles.
To Heritage, my first strength, you are my strong WHY.

To all I have met on this journey, you all played your roles perfectly. Thanks for being you.
