Rolling a burrito doesn’t take too much skill. The biggest obstacle to success is overstuffing. To keep the burrito together after rolling, place it seam side down on a plate or wrap the bottom half in foil or wax paper until you’re ready to eat.

Step 1 Put the filling on the third of the tortilla closest to you. |
Step 2 Fold in the sides a little bit. |
Step 3 Roll up, tucking in the sides and the top edge to form a fairly tight roll. |
