Be very sure — be confident — that God lives in you. He is working in you to mature you, and he will keep working until you’re finally finished — complete and perfect. You are a child of God. To feel better about yourself, be sure to do the following things:
• Never speak negatively about yourself.
• Think about and speak positive things about yourself.
• Never compare yourself with others.
• Find something you like to do — something you’re good at — and practice it over and over.
• You and God together determine your worth; don’t let someone else do it.
• Stay close to God, your true source of confidence.
God is living and working in you every minute of your life. You can be confident of that!
