Greek Chicken Salad Sub
Try on flatbread! Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:

½ tsp Greek seasoning
•
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
•
½ cup low fat mayo
•
1/3 cup chunked chicken
•
¼ cup lettuce
•
1 sliced tomato
•
Sub bun
Directions:
Mix together seasoning, garlic, mayo, chicken.
Cover and chill in refrigerator 10 minutes.
Spoon evenly into bun.
Top with tomatoes and lettuce.
