I HAVE TO SAY

I have to say,
The Dancing Pancake
actually looks pretty.
Even interesting,
with all the restaurant stuff—
shiny coffeemakers,
sparkling pie case,
pots so big
Jackson could
disappear into one.

I have to say,
I’m starting to think
maybe it will be
fun, being in
the restaurant business.
Did I say that?
