You made it to the end of Scam School Book 1, but don’t worry, there’s much more to come. In the meantime, why not check out our show at ScamSchool.tv where you can see hundreds of full episodes. If you want to hear about Scam School Book 2 we’ll keep you up-to-date with the latest information over at scamschoolbook.com. (oh, and make sure to sign up on the email list for future updates).
Our plan is to create two more volumes in the next year, each as rich and detailed as the one you just read. I’m certain you have valuable feedback on this book (and what you’d like to see in upcoming volumes), so please feel free to write me at brian@shwood.com
The important thing is that you now have 80 fun, impressive tricks to choose from. So my homework assignment to you is to pick any 5 tricks and become good at them before you read book 2 in this series.
I mean this: people ask me all the time what trick they should do in situation x, y, or z… And the truth is, why you really need to do is discover you own character. These effects are meant only as social lubricant to allow your natural personality to come through. The more you perform and interact with other people, the more of your own personality you’ll discover.
As I tell most beginners: whatever’s wrong with your performance, it’s nothing that 1000 shows won’t fix.
So get out there and fail. A lot. Build up an epic arsenal of failure stories, and share them with me and your friends. By the time you’re through, you’ll find yourself much more skilled, prepared, and (most importantly) much more interesting.
