Fruit and Nut Trail Mix

This energy-boosting sweet and salty mix is loaded with different textures, healthy fats, and delicious dried fruits. It is easily customizable and makes for the perfect snack! I make up a little bag when I am going camping, heading to a sports game, or jet-setting and want a healthy snack on hand for a quick lunch, or for a midday snack. Personal favorite add-in: dried mulberries! They have a great chewy texture and are naturally sweet, kind of like raisins.

Makes 3 cups

Combine all the ingredients in a medium mason jar. Shake the jar to mix together and store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks.
