Ginger-Peach Smoothie

Summer in a glass. I don’t think I go a single day without eating a big ripe peach when they are in season. Tangy coconut yogurt and zesty ginger make this smoothie extra flavorful and also bring out the peach flavor. During the winter months, the smoothie is also delicious made with frozen peach slices.

Serves 1

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree on high until smooth. Add more milk for a thinner consistency. Serve immediately.
