Refreshing, gut-friendly kombucha with ginger, fresh mint, raspberries, and lime is definitely my go-to in the summer. Make this a Whole30-friendly mocktail by skipping the gin.
Serves 4
Fill 4 large drinking glasses with ice and set aside.
In a pitcher with a wooden spoon, muddle the sliced ginger, raspberries, and mint.
Add the lime juice, gin, and kombucha. Stir and pour into the ice-filled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint, lime slices, and fresh raspberries.
