Better-Than-Restaurant Guacamole

Traditional guacamole usually has two ingredients: avocados and salt. But not this one—it has all the fixins’, plus some. Packed full of fresh ingredients and a not-so-secret ingredient (Valentina Mexican hot sauce), I can guarantee this is the only guacamole you will ever want to make.

Makes 3 cups

Scoop the avocado flesh into a medium bowl. Add the lime juice and use a fork to mash to desired consistency. Add the tomato, cilantro, onion, and garlic and stir gently to combine. Stir in the hot sauce and cumin. Add salt to taste.

Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or vegetables.
