Frothy Mocha

This mocha is way healthier than the one you get in the drive-thru. My version is made with creamy coconut milk and raw cacao and is topped with delicious coconut whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings, exactly what I need after an afternoon of ice skating.

Serves 1

Warm the milk in a small saucepan or in a milk steamer. Transfer to a high-powered blender and add the hot coffee, cacao powder, coconut butter, and maple syrup. Blend until combined and frothy. Serve in a mug, topped with coconut whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.
