GOD IS A SPEAKING GOD

Those who have walked closely with God, know that though He is a talking God, nevertheless He is not a talkative. Therefore, if you see or hear Him repeat a particular revelation or word to you, then it is an indication that He needs your fullest attention to communicate something urgent to you.

• For God may speak in one way, or in another, yet man does not perceive it. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men, while slumbering on their beds, then He opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction.
