Erin Indahl-Fink is a food blogger, writer, and photographer living in Northern Virginia. She is the author and founder of the successful blog Delightful E Made, an online resource that provides easy and delicious recipes for every home cook. Erin takes pride in writing recipes that not only inspire people to cook, but to also make food that brings friends and family closer together.
Erin’s work has been featured in numerous online publications, including Buzzfeed, Huffington Post, Redbook, Country Living, Self, Fitness, Women’s Day, and Today Food.
Erin was born and raised in the “small-but-mighty” rural farm town of Burke, South Dakota. Being the oldest of four children, Erin quickly learned how to cook and bake at a young age—not out of curiosity, but because of necessity. At the age of eight, she became involved in 4-H and honed her skills as a cook, baker, and photographer.
After graduating high school, Erin went on to the University of South Dakota, where she received her bachelor’s in business management from the USD School of Business. She then went on to work in sales and marketing, as well as project management in the tech industry.
After college, Erin resided in Boise, Idaho, where she then met her husband, Jason. Jason and Erin have one son, Harrison, and they now reside in Manassas, Virginia.
