We have regularized Zara’s name, included the Sexton’s name, and inserted the two characters not found in the original list that appears in the play: Julio and the Boat Captain.

2. This “Lady Catalina” is usually identified as Catalina Hernández Verdeseca, a famous contemporary actress, who was the wife of the theater manager and actor Gaspar de Porres.
