T. M. Wright is the author of several previous horror novels, including Strange Seed, The Playground—published by Tor in 1982—and A Manhattan Ghost Story, published in 1984. Mr. Wright lives near Rochester, New York, where he spends much of his time feeding his cats, teaching, reading, and staying warm.
