Thanks and Good Night!

Few people have perfect lives, but an attitude of appreciation can remind us of the good things we do have. And it is never a bad idea to say “Thank you.” When times are tough, you may have to look for the smallest things, but there is always something to be grateful for. At the end of the day, take five minutes to say something like this:

“Great goddess, Great god (or your own deity), I greet you at the end of the day and thank you for the many blessings in my life. Thank you for ________ (people, pets, unexpected positive moments, food, home, etc.). And thank you for your presence in my life.”
