GARLIC OIL

// MAKES 2 CUPS

2 cups grapeseed oil

1 cup roughly chopped garlic

In a small saucepan affixed with a temperature gauge over medium heat, heat the oil to 190 to 200°F. Stir in the garlic and allow to steep for 1 hour. Strain the oil into a small glass airtight container. The oil will keep for up to 2 months.
