Weeks 46–53
This is it.
You’ve reached the final phase of the Thinner Leaner Stronger Year One Challenge for Women.
That means you’ve accomplished what many women only dream of. You’ve worked your butt off for ten months now, and you have a whole new body to show for it.
You’ve gained a bunch of lean muscle, lost a bunch of unwanted fat, and are probably far stronger now than ever before. I bet family and friends who haven’t seen you in a while can’t believe their eyes!
And you know what? You’re just getting started. You have a lot more fun ahead of you. In fact, you literally have the rest of your life to sculpt and mold your body into whatever you want it to be.
So, on the following pages, you'll find your next eight weeks of workouts. And once you’ve completed them, you’ll have completed your very first year of Thinner Leaner Stronger training. Bask in that for a minute. :-)
As before, choose the split that best suits your goals and circumstances, and stick with it until you've completed this second phase.
