Author Biographies

GENE KIM	Gene Kim is a multiple award-winning CTO, researcher, and author of The Phoenix Project: A Novel About IT, DevOps, and Helping Your Business Win and The Visible Ops Handbook. He is founder of IT Revolution and hosts the DevOps Enteprise Summit conferences.
JEZ HUMBLE	Jez Humble is co-author of Lean Enterprise and the Jolt Award-winning Continuous Delivery. He works at 18F, teaches at UC Berkeley, and is CTO and co-founder of DevOps Research and Assessment, LLC.
PATRICK DEBOIS	Patrick Debois is an independent IT consultant who is bridging the gap between projects and operations by using Agile techniques, in development, project management, and system administration.
JOHN WILLIS	John Willis has worked in the IT management industry for more than thirty-five years. He has authored six IBM Redbooks and was the founder and chief architect at Chain Bridge Systems. Currently he is an Evangelist at Docker, Inc.
