About the Author

Dr. David Craig achieved his doctorate in law by completing international research of undercover programs in Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.

Knowing when people tell the truth and when they lie can be a matter of life and death in the world of undercover work; this was the birthplace for Detect Deceit.

Dr. Craig has used the techniques in this book extensively and been published in Australia and overseas.

In addition to having over twenty years of criminological experience and research focused on deception and deception detection, Dr. Craig has spent many hundreds of hours researching the theoretical work of some of the world’s finest academics on this subject to produce Detect Deceit, a practical and easy-to-read book with appeal in the areas of law enforcement, education, parenting, relationships, and business.
