Ingredients:
❖ 8 or 10 tomatoes
❖ 8 or 10 Persian cucumbers
❖ 2 tbs. dried mint
❖ 1 head onion
❖ salt
❖ black pepper
❖ 1 tsp. honey
❖ 3 lemons
❖ 3 tbs. olive oil
Preparation:
First squeeze out the juices from the tomatoes, and then dice.
Chop the cucumber.
Crush the dried mint.
Dice the onion.
Squeeze lemon juice out with lemon juice squeezer.
Add in the remaining ingredients.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
