Ingredients:
❖ 1 cup bulgur
❖ ½ head onion
❖ water enough to cover the bulgur
❖ 1 cup walnut (thinly chopped)
❖ 1 tsp. salt
❖ 1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation:
Add enough boiled water to cover the bulgur. Let that stand for 30 minutes until the water evaporates.
Dice the half head of onion.
Add the yogurt, chopped walnuts, salt, and black pepper.
