Ingredients:
❖ 1 tbs. sour cream
❖ 1 tbs. yogurt
❖ 1 tsp. mustard
❖ 1 head lettuce (romaine lettuce) or 1 head kale
❖ 2 or 3 Persian cucumbers
❖ 3 radishes
❖ 1 head parsley
❖ 2 avocadoes
❖ 1 tsp. salt
❖ 1 tsp. black pepper
❖ 1 head celery
❖ 1 head cilantro

Preparation:
Chop the lettuce or kale depending on which one you have or prefer.
Chop the cucumbers, parsley, celery, and cilantro.
Take the shells off of the avocadoes and crush in.
Stir in all the remaining ingredients and enjoy.
