Ingredients:
❖ 2 bunch kale chopped
❖ 4 cloves garlic diced
❖ 30 oz. can of chickpeas
❖ 1 tsp. ground cumin
❖ 1 tsp. salt
❖ ½ tsp. black pepper
❖ 1 pinch of pepper flax
❖ 1 tsp. paprika
❖ ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
❖ 2 tbs. olive oil
❖ 1 tbs. balsamic vinegar

Preparation:
With the skillet hot and ready with the smells of the diced garlic and oil, add in the salt, peppers, and ground cumin.
Then add the chickpeas, stir then add the chopped kale.
Cook on low heat and stir for 5 minutes.
To finish, add 1 tbs. of the balsamic vinegar.
Stir and enjoy!
