Ingredients:
❖ 3 lbs. small white potatoes
❖ 1tsp. salt
❖ 1 cup mayonnaise
❖ 2 cups plain yogurt
❖ 2 tbs. Dijon mustard
❖ ½ cup chopped fresh dill
❖ 1 tsp. black pepper
❖ ½ cup chopped celery
❖ ½ cup chopped green onion
Preparation:
With 2 tbs. of salt in a pot of water boil the potatoes until they are barley tender when pierced with a knife. Drain the potatoes water out and let potatoes cool. In another bowl mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper and greens. When the potatoes are cool cut in half and mix with remaining ingredients.
Serve.
