Ingredients:
❖ 1 head onion sauté
❖ 2 clove garlic sauté
❖ 3 tomatoes
❖ 2 lbs. green beans
❖ ½ tsp. ground cilantro seeds
❖ 1 tsp. black pepper
❖ 1 tsp. salt
❖ ¼ tsp. ground cumin
Preparation:
Cut the green beans first and in cold water cook the green beans until boiling for 20 minutes then drain out water and add 1 tsp. salt.
In a skillet with olive oil sauté the chopped onion with the diced 2 cloves of garlic. Add in the chopped tomatoes with the salt, black pepper, ground cilantro seeds and cumin. Add the green beans and mix well, turn off gas and let sit for 20 or 30 minutes to let the flavors marry. Enjoy.
