Sausage Omelet

Ingredients:

❖  2 tbs. butter

❖  little sausages (enough to cover the pan)

❖  eggs (as many as you like)

❖  salt

❖  black pepper

Preparation:

Butter the skillet and let it heat up.

When the butter is bubbling add the little sausages (I like to cut them in half first).

Add the whisked eggs with the salt and black pepper to taste.

When the omelet is brown on the bottom and not liquid, (firm) on top it is done, enjoy!
