Poached Egg

Ingredients:

❖  water

❖  salt

❖  egg/s

❖  black pepper to serve

Preparation:

Boil the water, add salt a little bit and break the egg and put it immediately into the boiling water.

When the egg is all white, take out and serve.

Note:

You can also put poached eggs on other dishes such as pilaf, meat, sandwich etc. . . .
