Berashki with Meat

Ingredients:

❖  Puff pastry

❖  1 lb. ground beef

❖  1 tsp. salt

❖  ½ tsp. black pepper

❖  1 head onion

❖  2 cloves garlic

❖  1 tsp. Italian seasoning

❖  ¼ tsp. chili pepper

❖  ½ tsp. ground cumin

❖  olive oil

❖  1 beaten egg (for brushing on top)

Preparation:

In a skillet with oil sauté the ground beef with the chopped head of onion and diced cloves of garlic.

Add in the remaining seasonings, mix well.

When thoroughly cooked add to the puff pastry.

Shape into triangles.

Brush on top with the beaten egg and put in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Or until golden brown, enjoy.
