Vermicelli Pilaf

Ingredients:

❖  2 cups Basmati rice

❖  3 cups water

❖  1 tsp. salt

❖  1 tsp. olive oil

❖  1 tbs. butter

❖  1 tsp. olive oil

❖  1 bag of vermicelli

❖  3 cups water

❖  1 tsp. salt

❖  1 tbs. butter

Preparation:

Wash the rice to clean it first.

Then put 3 cups of clean water add in the 1 tsp. of salt and 1 tbs. oil.

Put this on medium heat for 20 minutes or until water is evaporated.

Put 1 tbs. of butter.

When the rice is cooked put in a separate pan the vermicelli with the 1 tsp. oil and sauté by stirring constantly.

Then when the vermicelli is golden colored put 3 cups of boiled water with 1 tsp. salt and let that cook until water is evaporated.

Put 1 tbs. butter and stir.

Then add the pilaf with the vermicelli and it’s done!
