Ingredients:
❖ 3 cups #4 bulgur grain only
❖ 1 head onion
❖ 1 clove garlic
❖ ¼ tsp. ground cumin
❖ 2 tsp. paprika
❖ ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
❖ 2 tsp. salt
❖ ½ tsp. black pepper
❖ Olive oil
Preparation:
In a pot put the 3 cups of # 4 bulgur and 5 cups water with the 2 tsp. salt and 1 tbs. oil, let cook for 20 or 30 minutes until water is evaporated.
In a separate pan sauté the chopped onion and garlic add in the paprika, cumin, cayenne, and black peppers.
Then transfer the bulgur into the onion and garlic mixture and mix well.
Serve.

Note: With #1 bulgur you can not make this pilaf this way, not recommended!
