Ingredients:
❖ Rice pilaf
❖ 1 cup quinoa
❖ 2 cups water
❖ 1 tsp. salt
❖ 1 tsp. olive oil
❖ 2 tbs. butter

Preparation:
First, make the rice pilaf normally.
Then in a separate pan put 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups water with 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. oil.
Let cook until water evaporates medium heat, 20 minutes.
Now put the rice pilaf with the quinoa, plus 2 tbs. butter and mix well.
Serve.
